There: Are alot of 'diets' out there. I recommend a pure diet...No sugar, preservatives, non processed foods. Eat raw vegetables, fruits with low glycemic index. Highly consider animal and animal products. I eat meat, but in a time of purification you may want to stop or significantly decrease intake. Look at a plant based diet.
