The one you enjoy!: Body type or shape doesn't really influence which types of exercise are best. Overall, the best fitness regimen is one which you enjoy, which makes you feel energized, does not cause pain, and something you can see yourself doing on a regular basis for many years to come. Consider whether you like to work out alone, in a non-competitive group, or on a team? Indoors or out? High or low impact?
