Had a colonoscopy 5 1/2 years ago nothing was found i have severe ibs since im a kid did the colorguard three months ago came back normal have persistent, diarrhea recently under severe stress, and very gassy. how likely would this be colon cancer?

Unlikely, however colon cancer cannot be automatically ruled out. Based on history it seems likely in described circumstances that it is an IBS flare, conditions other than cancer cannot be ruled out. Best would be to see your gastroenterologist, who can decide in proper conditions about possible work up in case your symptoms persist.
