Patience : I hope you are wrong and there is no cancer but even if so, 3 weeks would not affect the outcome. I know waiting can be hard but try to gather all your optimism during the waiting period. Again, i truly hope there is no cancer there.

Anxiety: Sounds like ibs . Get the colonoscopy to settle your anxiety which by the way goes along with ibs.
