Is it more likely i have colon cancer or ibs? alternate between diarrhea and constipation, when i do have diarrhea i will get hemorrhoids so there are spots of bright blood, stomach cramps, normal color stool 23 yr female

Cancer least likely: There are many other conditions, such as inflammatory bowel disease that will have to be ruled out prior to label your symptoms as irritable bowel. Cancer is another one, always possible, but least likely on limited information available.

Agree with Dr. P: Cancer is unlikely. You should get the hemorrhoids treated as bleeding from these can cause anemia. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
