38.6 of fever, i have covid, do i take medicine or is not necessary? i don't feel extremely bad, just a little headache, other than acetaminofen and ibuprofen, what can i do at home to low the fever?

No, you do not need anything else if you are otherwise healthy. You can take cough medication as needed and there is no need for antibiotic. You should be fine after 5 days but do not forget to isolate yourself for a minimal of 5 days or after fever has gone for at least 24 hours. Take care.
