What happens if you take motrin with no headache? i had a mild headache the night before and now it kind of comes and goes. but it is pretty much dismissible. 99.5 to 101.2 temp. family also has covid. no more home test kit. should i take it?

You should consider yourselves infected and stay in quarantine for at least one week. You can take advil or tylenol for fever above 101 with or without headache. The home test kit is not that reliable, up to 30-40% can be falsely negative, i.e. you are infected but the test result is negative.
