I have tested positive for covid 13 days ago. one started getting hay fever symptoms which is a norm for me usually this time of the year. however this was accompanied by a blocked nose up to today. can i use advil as its got ibuprofen? thanks

Yes: The World Health Organization reversed it's previous recommendation against use of NSAID's if someone has COVID 19. That actually changed a couple of months ago. Advil/ ibuprofen is fine.

You may: However, please remember that one of the parameters for resolution of Covid-19 is absence of fever for more than 24 hours without taking any medication that reduces fever. Ibuprofen is one such medication. Wish you good health!
