I have covid 19 and 102 degrees of fever, i have been taking ibuprofen 400 mg every 5 to 4 hours is that alright? what else can i do to break the fever?

Some people find a bit better control of fevers if they alternate between ibuprofen and acetaminophen. You might also consider cool baths or fans in the room. If you notice breathing issues or if you have risk factors for severe Covid, seek medical attention. Good luck.
