Ruled out covid but still having bad headache. its been 5 day now. first had a low grade fever facial eye pain which thought sinus. now only bad headache and begind eyes took tylenol for 5 days. dont want to take it anymore. how to treat this?

Sinusitis: Low grade fever with facial pain and pain behind eyes is typically caused by inflammation of the sinuses. Drin k copious amounts of non caffeine liquids. Try doing saline nasal washes twice daily along with a decongestant and mucolytic. Be persistent as this can soothe the inflammation/wash out any bacteria and viruses that will cause infections.
