Got tested positive for covid. symptoms arent that bad but my fever keeps going from 99 to 101. im having little headache. im taking tylenol cold and flu. is it better to take regular tylenol extra strength or tylenol cold and flu like i have been?

Tylenol Cold & Flu has a mild decongestant (phenylepherine) and cough suppressant (dextromethorphan). If not congested/coughing, don’t need. In that case Tylenol “straight up” should be fine.

Stick with regular acetaminophen/Tylenol. Combining Tylenol and other cold medicines may result in overdose of acetaminophen. Drink plenty of water so that your urine is mostly colorless.
