I've have a headache for at least a week now . been taking ibuprofen but only helps a little . i took a covid test and came up negative. had some chest pain and heavy breathing . could this be signs of a possible stroke?

Many possibilities: The chest pain and shortness of breath are concerning more than the headache. They may or may not be related. A stroke is not likely, but the condition causing your symptoms may make you prone to one. Would suggest informing your doc so that he or she can further coordinate locally so that you have your condition timely addressed.

Needs evaluation : I too am concerned with chest pain. Is it angina? Breathing issues could be a clue also. Is pulmonary embolism or cardiac issue present. Need EKG and ? Chest films. ASAP!
