I have been on a low carb diet for a long time and drink about 2 cups of coffee a day. i started to develop bad muscle cramping and pain all over my body while doing exercise and activity. could this be do to the caffeine in coffee or something else?

There are different causes for muscle cramping. Not hydrated or lack of electrolytes are a couple. See your family doctor for an exam and diagnosis.
