Moderate caffeine OK: If you are only drinking one-two cups of coffee in the morning, and a cup or two of tea in the afternoon, you should stop worrying. Recent evidence suggests that moderate coffee intake may actually reduce risk of certain diseases. Only concern re afternoon tea is if you are having trouble sleeping, stop tea after 3 PM or switch to decaffeinated tea (green tea, herbal tea). Enjoy!
