The past few weeks my leg muscle has kept twitching constantly. its mostly on the left leg in the calf but also on the lower leg. is this normal? i only have one cup of coffee per day so i dont think its caffeine related?

Leg leg cramping: You mention that the cramping "mostly" on the left leg, is it on the right leg? Leg cramping can be related to several things, circulation action issues, nerve issues (commonly from the back), mineral issues, iron, calcium, potassium, or magnesium. , blood clots, fatigue, or muscle issues. Rarely does it come from toxins?
