The past few weeks my leg muscle has kept twitching constantly. its mostly on the left leg in the calf but also on the lower leg. is this normal? i only have one cup of coffee per day so i dont think its caffeine related?

Leg leg cramping: You mention that the cramping "mostly" on the left leg, is it on the right leg? Rarely does it come from toxins?
