Did a stress test today, results says ischemia is positive during ekg, 1mm st segment depression. 4 duke treadmill score. but no arrhythmias or chest pain and functional capacity is good. what does this mean? im already on statin and metoprolol?

My result for ECG was Stress ECG: 1 mm upsloping to horizontal ST-segment depressions. Does this mean I have ischemia? What would be the best test to rule out ischemia?
