See a cardiologist. You don’t really describe character if pain, or what causes/relives it. A stress test, although reassuring, is at best 88% accurate. This means 12% of time the test may miss significant coronary disease. If your pain is suggestive of angina, or you have significant risk factors, additional testing such as a heart cath may be recommended.
