If you achieved your maximal heart rate goal & stress echo was normal,it's compelling evidence of no significant coronary blockages. Did you experience chest discomfort during the test? How impressive were st changes?You could do a coronary artery calcium score & if it's zero you should be reassured. See a cardiologist. You don’t really describe character if pain, or what causes/relives it. A stress test, although reassuring, is at best 88% accurate. This means 12% of time the test may miss significant coronary disease. If your pain is suggestive of angina, or you have significant risk factors, additional testing such as a heart cath may be recommended.
