What does this mean? the ekg portion of this study is positive for ischemia but hypertensive response the patient reported no chest pain during the stress test?

Need to check with the cardiologist who administered the test but, despite the absence of pain, this sounds like a positive stress test - there is inadequate blood supply to some portion of the heart. Need to check back with Cardiologist soon.

This conclusion means that st segment depressions during exercise were consistent with significant blockage of coronary artery or arteries&since you experienced no symptoms this was silent ischemia. The systolic blood pressure typically rises during a stress test. The next step is a cardiac catheterization with angiography to outline the coronary arteries &locate blockages per your cardiologist
