Unhappy heart: The anterior, posterior or inferior all come together at the tip-apex. Septal and usually the -tip of the heart is not getting adequate coronary blood flow. Usually left anterior descending artery blockage. Septal is the inner wall of muscle between the ventricles. Likely will need angio and definitive recommendations.
