My first ecg showed irregularly irregular rhythm with a sinus arrhythmia, short pr interval and st junctions depression non-specific. my second one during chest pain 3 days later showed twi in v2 and v3. could they be a cause of my chest pain?

I would follow up with a cardiologist and ask if the short PR interval was suggestive of Wolff Parkinson White syndrome/Lown Ganong- Levine /preexcitation syndromes as that will require monitoring. You may need additional studies. Follow up wiht cardiologist.
