I've just answered your question. Low heart rate decreases the cardiac output so low blood pressure will be the norm. Most medications which use to lower the rate of sinus tachycardia will likely lower blood pressure, more or less depending on the type. A blood pressure of above 100/70 is perfectly normal at your age, not low at all. Take care.
