Currently taking 25mg of metoprolol er. heart rate is in mid 90s, bp sits around 104/74 resting. should i stop the metoprolol due to low bp? when i skip a dose my hr stays around 110-120bpm. are there any meds that lower hr but not bp?

You can continue the medication unless BP is less than 90/60 or you become symptomatic (lightheadedness, fatigue, etc.) with systolic pressure (SP) is less than 100.
