Ultrasound showed indeterminate solid appearing lesion in the lower pole right testicle without internal vascularity that was hyperechoic and centrally isoechoic measuring 6mm. urologist did exam and said it was tunica cysts. also normal tumor marker?

Solid - means solid and cyst is a fluid filled closed space. Normal marker indicates more towards benign lesion. Cant tell you what it is without seeing the ultrasound and an exam. So it depends on your trust in your Urologists judgment
