Urologist noted a small epididymal cyst on the bottom of my right testicle, which I can feel myself. Did ultrasound, no abnormalities noted. However, the cyst wasn't found either. Is it common for epididymal cysts not to show up on ultrasounds?
Ultrasound at er found 6mm hyper-echoic, centrally isoechoic lesion with no vascularity in right testicle. Went to urologist who did a physical exam and said its was a tunica cyst and order tumor markers test which was negative. Should I relax now?

Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
