Solid lesions of testicles are of concern. Presence or absence of vascularity doesn't necessarily differentiate between benign or malignant masses. Your urologist will advise you best.

This finding alone without a history and physical cant make a diagnosis. The report means there is a growth in the lower testis which is solid and has poor blood supply
