Ultrasounds: are generally very accurate, but if you have an unexplained testicular lump, you should see the urologist for further evaluation.

Ultrasound showed Indeterminate solid appearing lesion in the lower pole right testicle without internal vascularity that was hyperechoic and centrally isoechoic measuring 6mm. Urologist did exam and said it was tunica cysts. Also normal tumor marker?
Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
