Testicular discomfor: It's quite possible that you had a degree of epididymitis in the past, and in my experience, once this occurs the epididymus has a tendency to be a source of recurrent testicular discomfort and tenderness for years. Your urologist may or may not agree with this theory, but I would discuss it with him.

Urologist noted a small epididymal cyst on the bottom of my right testicle, which I can feel myself. Did ultrasound, no abnormalities noted. However, the cyst wasn't found either. Is it common for epididymal cysts not to show up on ultrasounds?
