Psychological?: Maybe prostate? But some pain cannot be explained. People have chronic back pain, joints that ache, unexplained abdominal pain, and many more. Yours happens to involve a testicle. Most people learn to live with such problems, and the pain often fades once they become convinced (emotionally as well as intellectually) that it's not serious or harmful. Discuss again w/ urologist. Maybe counseling?

Blood and urine sti tests return clear but pain in testicles and lower back present. Been given 2 x daily doxycycline 14 days on day 7 and worried?
Daily although on & off Right testicle pain for 4+ weeks despite clear 2x STI, ultrasound, urine culture & prostate tests and 10 days doxycycline course. What could it be?
