I was sick in march with virus and liver alt levels were 60 now last week they are 100. how long after a virus should they come back down? it has been 5 months. i am concerned about autoimmune hepatitis?

An ALT level of 100 is a concern for significant liver disease. When you were ill in March, was testing for hepatitis A,B&C performed? At this time I recommend consulting a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for evaluation. Appropriate testing will be done including testing for an autoimmune disorder.
