I had raised esr, crp, neutrophils and platelets, they've gone down but alt raised now - 350. not fatty liver & hepatitis screen negative. any idea?

Acute issue: Liver inflammation; may be due to meds, alcohol, biliary disease, autoimmune hepatitis, (did not give the ast, alk phos, bili, ggtp results), pancreatic disease (did not give amylase, lipase results), other. Follow up tests, check for stones; consider testing for other causes of hepatitis, besides viral, e.g. Autoimmune, toxic, etc.Not likely due to infectious mono, based on info provided.
