Hep A prognosis: 85 % of hepatitis A infected individuals will have full recovery in 3 months and almost all will have full recovery in 6 months. Your case which happened 6 months ago and liver enzymes are now normal should have good prognosis. Jaundice and hepatomegaly are most common clinical findings so your liver may still enlarged.
