Each of these diet plans, and others as well, can help you lose weight. They wouldn't be out there if that was not the case. The problem with every diet is that individuals mostly slip back into old eating and exercise habits and so the effectiveness is lost and the weight regained. So pick the one which seems most interesting to you and if you stick to it the weight will fall off as you hoped.
