Doctor recommended protein shake for a weight loss diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

One you don't eat: They won't help you lose weight, gain muscle or anything positive, although your wallet will lose weight. Save your money, and your health. Learn to eat and exercise properly for the rest of your life. Don't get medical info from friends, tv or the internet. Adding in proten shakes just adds in extra calories, which you don't need and is hard on your kidneys.
