27 m. recently after urination there is urine drops that comes out. no pain, no blood, erections are fine, testicles are soft, urine steam is strong. is this prostastis, epididmytis, or urethritis? what psa for my age? no family history of cancer?

That finding is not due to disease of the genitourinary tract. You need to take time for the voiding, tighten your pelvic floor muscles for a couple times for maximally emptying the bladder at the end (although there is always urine left in the bladder after each voiding, i.e. residual volume) then milking your penis from bottom to top then dribbling won't happen. Good luck.

It is none of that. Sometimes it takes longer for the last few drops to come out -specially if the penis is not in a completely dependent position. So wait for that before you zip up. Your psa should be any below1
