Breast biopsy in 03/23 that was benign. have had a hard lump in breast i noticed a month after in the same biopsy spot. doc said it should have gone away by now. what could it be?

It could be scar tissue, organized hematoma (collection of blood) etc. If it persists getting a mammogram might help- also another exam and treatment depending on the findings
