My urologist told me that the mri indicated pirads 2 and he wants me to have a psa test in december. does that mean active surveillance or watchful waiting?

Piorads 2 is an MRI reading and is one of other things required to make a diagnosis of cancer of the prostate- most essential of which is a prostate biopsy - before deciding what treatment - if any is needed
