My 2019 psa result was 1,58 which showed a stepped change to the previous one. dr. asked for another check after 6 months. the result of the test in zjune 2020 showed another stepped change to 2.14. i am 49 years of age, do i need to see a urologist?

PSA levels: I don't know why your PSA is rising. A PSA up to 2.5 ng/ml is still a pretty safe number. Many recommend that a man with a PSA over 4 ng/mL be referred to an urologist. Ask your doctor what your treatment plan is.
