Keflex is NOT the treatment for epididymitis. Upper and lower back pain are not symptoms of epididymitis. You need to follow up with your doctor.

Find a different Doctor, to get a fresh look at your history, exam and urinalysis results. Back pain is not epididymitis--perhaps pyelonephritis, or unrelated. Epididymitis usually results in some associated testicular or scrotal swelling and pain. Get checked.
