Got wisdom teeth out 6/10/2023. yesterday i went back for bad pain, they irrigated socket and packed alveogyl in it. they told me not to rinse or flush for that day. today its soggy and tastes bad, smells too. can i remove? i dont have dry socket?

No do not touch th socket yourself. leave it alone and follow the instructions to rinse with salt water three times daily. Please go back to the dentist and have him evaluate the condition.
