I used a q tip to dislodge food from wisdom teeth holes. it stared bleeding badly for a minute and then stopped. its been 3 weeks since i got them removed. is dry socket still a concern ?

Not a dry socket: After 3 weeks, it is not a dry socket. It is still healing and digging debris out is not helping it heal. You need an irrigating syringe to gently remove debris.
