Post extraction: BD taste can be part of the healing process especially if there was an infection. It is too so for
Sinful dry socket. Why are you still using gauze in your mouth. The bleeding should have stopped long ago.if you still have bleeding, or concerns about your healing then please call the extracting dentist about this.

Keep yr mouth clean: It is important to resume your normal dental hygiene after 24 hours. This should include brushing and flossing your teeth at least once a day. It is imperative to keep your mouth clean, since an accumulation of plaque, food, or debris may promote infection. If you think something is not normal, or you’re having difficulties with bleeding, call your dentist.
