Difficult to say without seeing the rest of the report, but it most likely means that you MIGHT have had a heart attack in the past. Please discuss the report with your provider ASAP.

Echocardiogram does not detect coronary artery disease directly but it can detect the wall motion abnormality caused by previous insult due to coronary heart disease. In your case, likely echocardiogram detects the abnormal wall motion due to scarring in the territory of left anterior descending artery which is noted by the cardiologist when reading the echo result.
