No prior mi. chest pain with exertion for last 18 months. finally got an ekg, said no lvh and ekg "is ok". echo normal except following. lv ef 45%. i think i have a blockage (calcium score showed 300 lad.). lv normal size but inf & septum hypokinesis?

Unfortunately, your symptoms and echocardiogram reveal evidence of coronary heart disease and ischemic cardiomyopathy. You need a coronary angiogram as soon as possible. See a cardiologist is a must with these findings.
