You should follow up with a cardiologist to find out what all this means in terms of heart function. Did you have an echocardiogram? These findings on the EKG can be due to lead placement, for example. An echocardiogram would tell you if you right ventricle is indeed enlarged and if it is functioning normally. It would also tell you if there is any scar tissue consistent with an old infarct.
