Ask the cardiologist: Sometimes a cardiogram comes with a computer-generated reading. Your cardiologist is probably more sophisticated than the computer, thus is able to put this in perspective. The DR will consider your RISK FACTORS such as BP, LDL cholesterol, smoking, weight, family history, etc. The DR will consider all symptoms. You might be advised to diet, exercise, take a statin, a baby aspirin, BP med, etc.

Asymptomatic: EkG change, and Comparison to previous EKG made your Cardiologist decide that this was nothing to worry about. Also other medical history (e.g. any associated Medical problems like High BP, Diabetes, Smoking or not, Exercise level, Cholesterol level etc) Echocardiogram and Stress Echocardiogram would give more information about the level of your heart functional capacity.
