I have a dull and shallow chest pain generally on right side radiates to back , abdomen and centre and left side of the chest for the last couple of months , did ecg , echo , tmt , chest x ray all are normal , did angio it states lad is narrowed 50?

Your pain characteristics are not consistent with coronary heart disease and LAD of 50% obstruction is definitely not the culprit. You describe the pain radiation but other pain characteristics are missing such as how often & how long, what precipitates or exacerbate the pain or what helps & other associated sx such as dyspnea, sweating, stomach sx, etc. CT of the chest & abdomen may be needed.
