Reflux: It could be possible that your symptoms are not due to your heart but rather reflux or inflammation of your food pipe, referred to as Oesophagitis. It is best to address this issue with your Cardiologist who can then refer you to see a Gastroenterologist

Chest pain : Hi Mohammed, I was thinking about your progress after our last discussion. Also I would suggest taking an antacid an hr before a meal twice daily to relieve these symptoms, it is most likely d/t either oesophageal spasm or esophagitis. It is also desirable for you to see a gastroenterologist for motility study and/or Upper GI endoscopy. Wishing you the best of health as always!
