Yes: EKGs are non specific sometimes. We need to look in to nuclear imaging along with clinical evaluation by health care provider. If doc says you are fine, I assume that they have looked into both clinical and imaging and made the decision.

False positive test: False positive nuclear stress test is common in the inferior region due to attenuation artifact brought by the diaphragm. This can be reduced by certain protocols but not totally eliminated.in the absence of any collaborative finding such as wall motion abnormality, it is of doubtful significance
