No, the endometrium should be at or less than 0.5 cm (5 mm) during menopause. You may have asymptomatic endometrium hyperplasia but endometrial sampling (biopsy) is still indicated just to prove the benign process even you are asymptomatic; if so, I wonder why you had the pelvic ultrasound done.
