28yr old uterus 8.0cm anteverted right ovary 2.3 * 1.7cm left ovary 2.3 * 1.7 cm endometrial thickness 0.5 cm at the 8th day of cycle is it normal ovary size? worried because my mother had a early menopause at 32yrs, will i be able to concieve?

"Menopause at 32"?: Ovarian measurements are essentially normal. Your mother may have had cessation of her menstrual function, but there are other causes of this besides an "early menopause". If you are not yet prepared to attempt pregnancy, your situation can be evaluated when that decision is made. There are many options at that point to assist you.
